Qwerty, this is an excellent start. In translations, I'm trying to be consistent in using "Japanese National Railway" for the first instance of "国鉄" and "JNR" thereafter. Don't forget to make those links!

When you say, "first instance of JNR," are you counting an instance in one section, or throughout the entire article?
